We also had a Molucan called Orson, who didn't quite know
what to make of the kittens.
Ya gotta wonder what the kitten was thinking......
maybe Thanksgiving?
These are some of our other kittens born over the years.
You can see how hard it is to see colors when they are
young. Birmans are all born white, and the lighter the
color, the longer it takes for us to tell what color it is.
With the genetics that we have, we can produce ALL the
colors, including in most, the lynx pattern.
Accepted colors for Birmans are, seal, seal tortie, blue,
blue cream, chocolate, chocolate tortie, lilac, lilac
cream, red, cream. Lynx is a pattern, and
can be in all the colors also. Most of our Birmans
are lynx pt.
Birmans also come in silver & smoke which are not
accepted in CFA.
Elvis as a kitten is also in this photo, can
you find him?
Also featured is Gator. Gator was our Bouvier, and we are
not sure whether he thought he was a cat, or whether the
cats thought they were dogs! At any rate, he loved them
all! All the cats quickly figured out that he was all warm
and fuzzy, and would lay still for hours while the kittens
slept!
Birman really do love everyone!
This Birmans person goes for walks in the woods..of course,
you would never expect ta Birman to walk any whereo walk
any where,
but as long as you are willing to carry them,
they are happy to go anywhere you want
to go!
